Freight Policy and Planning
Over the lifetime of the company, JFA has been a leader in
advanced truck and rail freight transportation research, policy
analysis, and modeling. We have served federal, state, and regional
government agencies as well as the shipping industry. Additionally,
we have managed extensive multi-region studies of goods and freight
