Grant and Application Support
Since our inception, proposal development has been at the core of
JFA’s operation. JFA is
adept at conducting needs assessments, developing project plans, and
representing our firm’s capabilities in grant applications. In 2006 we began
offering our services to California jurisdictions applying for
state enterprise zone designation. Since then, ten of our clients
have successfully attained designation from the state in a highly
competitive process. JFA also provides a full suite of services for
jurisdictions applying for and implementing Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants.
