JFA specializes in the evaluation of business
plans and operations. We analyze and evaluate the financial and economic health
of both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. We examine strategic
plans and recommend changes to improve market position. Recently we
have assessed more than 500 applicants for federal cultural grants
and have examined 115 attempted business start-ups. Project
