On April 30, 2012, JFA presented at the International Bridge, Tunnel, and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) Symposium on Mileage-Based User Fees (MBUF) and Transportation Finance Summit in Jersey City, NJ. In this conference we presented our beta version of the JFA- and EcoNorthwest-developed tool, HOT-BCA. The presentation and HOT-BCA tool are provided below.
