Transportation and Land Use
JFA is an industry leader in the analysis of policies and
programs to reduce green house gas emissions. We have extensive
expertise in climate change issues related to transportation and
land use (TLU). We have developed green house gas reduction
and cost estimates for existing and potential programs in all fifty U.S. States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
JFA also worked closely with the Center for Climate Strategies
(CCS), another climate change consulting industry leader, to develop
high-level Climate Action Plans. In these collaborations, JFA lead
the research efforts related to TLU planning.
